Insurgent is the thirty-fourth industry album released by Two Steps from Hell and the forty-eighth overall. It was released on July 19th, 2021 and is a epic hybrid and electronic album composed by Nick Phoenix and Hitesh Ceon, their second collaboration after Mind Tracer.

Public Version[]

It was released publicly under Nick Phoenix on 4 October 2024, without Unholy Trinity, but with nine tracks from Mind Tracer and six from Open Conspiracy.

  • "Insurgent" and "We Are Not Alone" were previously released on the Two Steps from Hell YouTube channel as preview tracks for this release.
  • This is the third album to feature a track called "Forsaken"; two different tracks sharing this name were previously featured on Dreams & Imaginations and on Pathogen.
  • We Are Not Alone's use in an Acura advertisement was nominated for the 2023 Music+Sound Awards in the category Best use of production music. It did not win.
